Toshiba - Model C870D touchpad jumpy!
Hi, everyone. First time here and you guys seem more reliable then the actual toshiba forums.
So I took this laptop to the shop because it was incredibly jumpy after like 30 minutes of use everytime. The worker there said it's because the touchpad needs to be fixed. Well I paid a hundred bucks and 3 weeks later got it back yesterday. It's still the same and they ripped me off, so I'll get my cash back.
Now the first time it happened, I uninstalled and reinstalled synapsis touchpad driver. Problem still exists.
In the bottom right corner, the taskbar, it displays the touchpad. When i touch the touchpad it goes green and is functioning fine. After a while it goes blue that's when the problem starts. It jumps everywhere and zooms in....hell even without touching the touchpad like 2 inches away from the touchpad, it still moves....as if I'm doing magic. Sometimes it just shows green even thou i'm not even touching the touchpad, and that's when the cursor won't even move.
When I plug in a mouse, it works fine. When I either restart or put it on sleep then turn it on right away. The problem goes away temporarily for like half an hour.
Can anyone tell me what's the problem and how i can fix it? Because I had this touchpad replaced and same problem still exists.
