What do you mean "Nothing happened? Did you actually download the driver and if so where did you save the file to?

yea i download the driver and save it in Downloads\Compressed
if u mean where i install it so i installed in Program Files (x86)

H ave you got a system restore point to before this problem occured? If not do you do regular Windows backups? Look for a date behind when this problem first occured.

as i said the problem began from 2 or 3 months
there is no restore point for that date
