    yea i download the driver and save it in Downloads\Compressed
    if u mean where i install it so i installed in Program Files (x86)

    In the screenshot attached to your first post is a line that reads, What can i do if the appliance did not install properly. What happened when you clicked that?

    H ave you got a system restore point to before this problem occured? If not do you do regular Windows backups? Look for a date behind when this problem first occured.

    as i said the problem began from 2 or 3 months
    there is no restore point for that date

    I do hope you are not going to say that you do not make any back ups!
