Stuck in a loop in system repair

I got a new computer on friday and have set it up today. I installed my windows 7 home premium 64bit and it downloaded,i then went on to put in my xfx AMD graphics card software disk and the download stopped half way through so i started it again and it got right to the last step where it has to re-start the computer. When it started up again insted of loading windows homepage it loaded the system repair screen, it searched and searched but said it had found no problem, so i clicked on the recovery tool restart option that then re-started the computer and the process started again and went straight back onto the system repair screen again.

Is there anything i can do to stop it?

Do you have a Windows 7 Installation disc or a repair disc ? . If you don't you might want to create a Windows 7 x64 bit repair disc from another windows 7 x64 PC. This link System Repair Disc - Create will show you how to create one.

Try pressing F8 at startup to get in safe mode and use system restore to an earlier time.

I have made a repair disk from another windows 7 64bit home premium, i have inserted it into my computer turned it on gone through the process up to the system recovery options shown on step 6 of Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery and there is still only the startup repair option available.

I am not sure what to do next, any suggestions?
