    Problem with USB flashes drivers


    hi
    i have a problem with my laptop
    he can't read new USB flash disks
    it say



    but it detect ancient USB flash disks normally

    why this happend ????

    I don't read or speak French but it looks like you're missing the USB3 drivers. You might try the procedures on this HP page.

    it says that there are no driver founded for this device (USB FLASH DISK)

Screen flashes white

When I browse the internet like msn everytime I move the mouse my screen just starts flashing white can anybody help with this?
When ever I type powercfg -availablesleepstates into the searchbar area when you press the start button, it flashes for a millisecond and then dissappears. I'm trying to see my available sleep states for my computer but I can't seem to have on my screen long enough to read it. Help!
