Networking card isn't working after reverting back to win7 from win8

So dad bought my mom a new laptop for her birthday. Of course it has(had) Windows 8 on it. She did not like it & we have a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate on hand to reformat the laptop. Well everything has gone well on the install for windows 7. Everything seems to be working except for the wireless card. I will update this post if needed because I don't remember the particular model of the Toshiba laptop but when I talk to my dad I will get it posted asap. I do have a parts number. P/N:PA3839U-1MPC. I have tried to look around for different drivers & what not but no luck so if someone could help that would be awesome. No rush but the quicker the better would be great. Thanks in advance.
