    Dell Laptop Shut Down Problem


    Hi,
    I have a Dell Laptop. There is a problem in my laptop. My laptop automatically shutdown after a few minutes or seconds. After some time if I start again, it run for 2 or 3 hours. There is no problem. but so many times it happens automatically shut down. The fan is working.I try to use Cooling pad so if the hitting problem, and when i use cooling pad,those 3 days i cant get any problems. But now problem is again come up to hesitate me.... I also format my laptop so any software issues fix it.. but no effect.... Please help me to fix the problem....

    Have you tried getting help from the Dell Community. Users helping users like this forum but there are those familiar with Dell products there. Laptop - Dell Community
