"your computer does not contain a proper graphics adapter"

    Hey there!
Was just going to install the new AMD 13.10 Beta 2 drivers, i have 13.10 installed, when clicking on the setup it tells me that i do not have a proper graphics adapter, im confused because ive never had this error when installing drivers, is this a new requirement? Do i have one and its just not seeing it? Is my gfx on the way out?

Amd Radeon 6520g+Amd HD radeon 7470M
    Cheers

Hi there .. Download the AMD Catalyst Un-install Utility .. Then try an earlier Version of the Driver .. Maybe you can remember which Version you had Installed prior to the Update .. If one or the other Gpu is not seen in the Device Manager try reseating it ...

Is this an APU + GPU CrossFire set up? If it is make sure the latest driver supports it.

Do the release notes for the beta say they support APU+GPU CrossFire support? Seeing as you have a Packard Bell laptop you may need to wait for them to release new drivers? I can't say for sure as I'm not 100% up on the way laptop graphics work, especially large company laptops.

There is two versions for the 13.10beta2, 13.10beta2 for desktop and 13.10beta2 mobility, i have been doing it this way for months now and never had a problem, this is the first time its happened, i guess il just wait until the roll out the next set of drivers and try them, not sure why its not working when it should, cheers for you help lads, much appreciated

Sorry I couldn't help more mate, but my knowledge of laptops could be classed as limited at best. I think if the previous WHQL version is working fine then it's got to be pointing to the beta drivers, and hopefully the problem will be sorted when they go WHQL. It may be worth dropping AMD a line to let them know to be honest.
