Print Spooler fails on every startup

Hello everyone,

I am currently running a Lab in which we have a lot of systems and a lot of users connect to the same system. (via Domain).

Everytime they login, the printspooler crashes. Upon starting it, I can add printers.

I have tried a lot of fixes.

1) I have deleted windows/system32/spool/PRINTERS and /drivers folder.
2) I have deleted everything under HT_Local_Machine/system/currentcontrolset/control/print/environments/Windows NT x86/drivers/Version-3 and I have removed everything.(old drivers).

I am still facing this issue, if I can run the spooler, I can do everything else.

Is there any fix or can i start the spooler everytime I login?(just like a system service) without UAC blocking it?

Thanks!

Did you turn off printer spooling service in Services.msc before deleting the files in those folders?

This is an odd one that appears only when printing to an Epson Stylus SX525WD Network printer from MS Word (2007) but doesn't seem to affect anything so is annoying! Printing an e-mail or something from Excel or Publisher does not generate this event. Even from Word, the document prints OK, not...

I've been using various print drivers for various locations with success for a month with my new laptop. Today, all drivers gone. Loading new ones doesn't work. Print spooler is not "started;" it starts successfully, then is not "started" next time I look. Other possibly relevant information: HP...

Have to stop/start Print Spooler to get documents to print?
(Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, HP LaserJet CP1215) When printing from Word (or any other normal application) the documents just sit in the print queue with Status = "Error - Printing". If I stop, then re-start the Print Spooler service, they then print. Strangely enough, this does not...

I have seen numerous posts on this site and other sites about the Print Spooler repeatedly stopping but I have yet to see a good fix. At least for our PC. We have a Dell Vostro 220, Windows 7 Pro, Intel Core 2 E7500 @ 2.93GHz, 32-Bit OS with a Dell 1110 (USB) and a Dell 2330dn (Ethernet) hooked...
