That's on the side of the case . There should be a sticker on the front panel . Saying either nVidia or AMD its a square shape sticker .

No, it just has the Intel Core Duo and the Windows 7 labels; nothing more.

I saw an image you posted of the device manager . Can you right click on the device with this symbol choose properties . Once the window comes up click on the Details tab . In the Details tab click the drop down under Property and choose Hardware Ids and take a PrntScrn of that and upload it .

Ok, the path was Device Mgr > Display Adapter > Video Control (which I right-clicked and chose the Details tab). I saw no triangular exclamation point.

Do this for the Unknown device and under property choose hardware Ids in the Details tab

This is where I would always get the Error msg, as before. I unzipped the file, extracted it with the status bar filling quickly from left to right and then telling me that all files were successfully unzipped. When I click out of that box (telling me that they were successfully unzipped), immediately the error popup window appears:

Click on Download . Once its done downloading during installation keep everything default and PM me the USER ID and PASSWORD. Don't worry we could uninstall this software after we are done.
