Sorry for the delay, I hadn't noticed your reply on the second page. No, but i'm still wondering if it would be possible to disable the driver without serious issue's cropping up. Even though I had not read the link entirely, I noticed mention that such a driver would be for 1st gen processor's that utilize integrated graphic card's, I on the other hand do not. But in either case's I could be potentially mistaken.

Without a screenshot of your device manager I will not be able to tell you. First the link your referring to is for HP and your specs show you have an Asus laptop.

As I said it is next to impossible for me to post a screen-shot of my device manager. However from what I can tell, device on that part of the list screen isn't all that much different from mine, aside from the screen showing the device list of'a person whom I assume use's a first-gen "I" type, whilst I use the second. Also, the device name I have vs the opposing list one is 100% of the same, down to the last letter. Sorry I couldn't be that much more of help.

Leave the driver there, if you have a problem with the nvidia you can use the integrated graphics.

Ahhh, thank you for clearing this up and sticking by me for this extended period of time. Always wondered what it truly did and thought it was too volatile to work with. Thank you.

I really hope I didn't frustrate you too much and take up your time.
Again thank you very much and I hope you've a'good day or night.

EDIT:My only regret is that I seem to be able to not give you reputation again, at-least not until I give to the other fine fellow's whom have replied to and helped me, again sorry.
