Try removing any of the drivers you installed before the blue screen happened .

We could try uninstalling from the command prompt first before we reinstall Windows

I already did. I have customers schedules to consider so I can't always wait for the absolute end all fix or too many experiments. I left myself enough time to install and clean up a new install and grab docs.

Type in the commands below inside the command prompt

wmic product get name


Press <Enter>

product where name="" call uninstall


press <Enter> then press Y

Note   Note
Type in the name how it is listed on the list in between the quotes. When you input the key wmic product get name
