That camera has been phased out by the company and no new drivers are being produced. After a little research I also found that the chipset that makes that camera work, is their own. That being said, there may be no alternative other than purchasing a different webcam.

If their is a Vista driver and it is the right bit 32 or 64 for the OS. You might try and install it under compatibility mode. click the setup.exe file then properties the check the box run under compatibility mode , vista.

After some more searching I checked an ultimate driver disc that was just recently updated. This driver contains Vista x86 & x64. It may or may not work but it's worth a shot. I would suggest a manual install.

Thought it may be for the sn9c102p. The difference between those to models is not only the mic but the sn9c102p has a more updated chipset than the sn9c102. I attempted to go back to Sonix's website but the details and drivers for that device no longer comes up. Either they are having server issues or they have completely removed it from their site as its been phased out. If you go looking for another webcam I use a VX-3000 MS Lifecam and I know it works, and well at that.
