messed up drives

So today i started up World of Warcraft after a long time, starting up the game i got a error and it asked me to update my graphics drive so i followed what it wanted me to do. ended up installing a program which glitched and when i deleted it, it messed up my computer.

snakebliskin, welcome to the Seven Forums.

First thing you might want to do is install Service Pack 1, or re-install if that was one of the things that got messed up.

As for the driver for your computer, seeing as it is nothing more than a laptop built into a monitor (all-in-one),

HP TouchSmart 310-1000 Desktop PC series*-* HP TouchSmart 310-1025a Desktop PC Product Specifications - c02586571 - HP Business Support Center

and the GPU that is in it (Radeon HD 5450) is the laptop version, or possibly the Radeon HD 3200 and 4270 (depending on which link from HP you look at),

HP TouchSmart 310-1000 Desktop PC series*-* Original ATI Graphics Driver - HP Business Support Center

you are stuck with the HP driver if it is the second. If it is the first one you might be able to get away with using the driver directly from AMD,

P.S. According to your Dxdiag, there is no video driver installed at the moment.

so it doesnt say i have a service pack in my computer properties and i tried installing the service pack one and i got microsoft windows debugging? is this what i should be installing?
also i installed sp47846 ati catalyst and it looked like it went well but nothing changed.

Have you restored your Windows to an earlier time before you encountered that problem?
System Restore
After that you can update the driver directly from AMD, there is an automatic function (on the top right side) that detects your card and find the right driver for it. Usually its not safe to download from a third part as there are other softwares (bloatware) that comes along with them.
