    Acer Aspire Laptop Not Loading Photos Correctly


    I'm fixing my mother's computer; she is a photographer and this problemis a doozie for me as I've never seen it before. My first thought is a graphics driver problem, my second thought is a virus.
    I am able to view the image thumbnail for 2 seconds but then it turns into an image looking something like this: https://i.imgur.com/KFlPCvN.jpg

    Has anyone experienced this before?
    I am truly confused!

    Need more details:

    ALL the photos are now bad when looked at? or just a batch?

    With Irfanview or other viewers?

    The sample is corrupted.

    Do the virus scans.....

hello i have just bought an Acer Aspire laptop with Vista and i would like to install Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit i put the dvd in drive and tried hitting f11 and f10 but it just carries on going to vista,does anyone know how i can boot from dvd please? thank you.
