I got lost a little bit. Is a missing driver for SM Bus Controller still the problem?
If yes, can you post Hardware ID for this device?:
Go to Device Manager (right click on Computer icon » Manage » Device Manager).
You should see SM Bus Controller device with yellow exclamation mark.
Right click on this device » Properties » tab Details » choose Hardware Ids from Property (rolling menu).
Post the values, especially VEN_number and DEV_number.

Ethernet Contoller is your LAN network card, you can get driver from Realtek Support Website.
As for SM Bus Controller, use Intel Driver Update Utility on Intel Support Website and try if this can help you find your driver (especially the one for chipset).
