    Should I delete redundant drivers?

    I know how to uninstall drivers in the Device Manager but is it useful?

    My PC has 3 copies(?) of the same version of the Standard Enhanced PCI to USA Host Controller;
    4 copies of the same version of the Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller; 10 copies of the same
    version of the USB Root Hub. (Is there one for each USB port?)
    There are 5 copies of the PCI standard host CPU bridge; 4 copies of the PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge.
    All of these are the up-to-date versions.

    Are they just space wasters that can be removed safely?

    No, this is normal. It's one listing for each detected device.

    All of the apparent duplicates are using the same code on disk and in memory so they aren't taking up much space. There is some duplication in memory used to manage the devices but this is necessary. A good policy regarding system files, drivers, etc, is to never delete anything unless you REALLY understand what you are doing. Not following this policy can get you into deep trouble.
