so i removed the Universal Printer Drivers and installed the new by using "Add Printer" option... printer and scanner installed but printer works and scanner not...i uploaded the all screen shoots which may help u to understand my problem...

not working i set input source tou 3052 and press scan but still never scan...try flatbed and feeder both.
