If that is what you are using (http://www.permissionresearch.com/pr...ion=cookieTest), you should reinstall it to see if it fixes it.

I have using system restore, but it's not working.
it means i have to reinstall my windows or just reinstall the permission research?
what is permission research exactly? a driver or the other.
