Finding Drivers that WILL work with Win. 7

Hello there, i am having trouble getting this crappy Wireless USB Adapter to work Ativa Wireless-G USB Network Adapter. I have the latest Beta* Vista Drivers from there site. Their support is complete crap. The FAQ say the supplied Drivers will work with Vista and they don't. I had to download the freaking 93MB Driver File and i had to enter Windows Vista and windows 7 with Option "Disable driver signature enforcement" to install them and i HAVE to stay in that mode at all times. Trying to boot into Windows 7 the Device's Driver don't work cause they are not Digitally Signed. Any help in fixing this or finding other Drivers would be great! It's a pain having to enter that mode every time i have to restart.

hi 1COMP7, and welcome to sevenforums,

if you really do have to use a digitally unsigned driver, you can use Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider to put your computer into a 'test mode' - which will allow you to use your driver with no boot-up shenanigans.

read the description of the program first to decide if it's good for you, but be aware that you have to disable uac to make it work.

    not a bad idea...

it's probably another good idea to find one that's the same make as your router (provided it's not another noname product of course :))
