How to install 32 Win 7 driver on a 64 bit machine

I have a drum scanner which I have been running on a dedicated XP Machine with SCSI 2940UW Adaptec Card. After scanning I usually port the scans to my Win 7 64 bit machine to work with Adobe LR or CS 6 or print. I am getting tired of doing this. I put my card in the Win 7 machine and down loaded the drivers from Adaptec. Alas I found they work only on 32 bit Win 7.What are my best options with out spending lot of money on a new SCSI Card.
    Thanks for any help

    You can't.

A 64 bit OS must use 64 bit drivers. No exceptions. There is no provision for running 32 bit drivers on a 64 bit OS.

    Win 7 64 bit driver

I did find the driver for 64 bit either Vista or XP. I extracted 3 files, one of them a txt file and other sys file. My Win 7 64 still refuses to pick up the driver when I try to update the driver pointing to that file from device manger screen. Some body commented that I should force this driver. Can any body point me how to this or any other way to make my system recognize that particular Scsi 64 bit driver. Thanks. This is driving me crazy.
