Do you have a TP-Link USB wireless adapter plugged into your machine?
If so, you can go to their site to find the driver,
or you can uninstall the device, if you aren't using it.

Ok, I thought you were having a problem with your SSD. Your problem isn't related to the SSD. I suspect you have some missing drivers and/or INF files for the chipsets. After you reformatted, did you install all the motherboard drivers? Did you make a repair disk? Did you reload Windows?

Please explain all the steps you went through when you "reformatted" your PC.

This is the best way to post a screen shot on this Forum.

It appears to me that you have something that is plugged into a USB port or at one time you did and Windows 7 still is seeing it.
You could while you are on that item right tick and select Update driver/ Auto select. Your post shows their is no drivers for this item.
**What do you have plugged into a USB port?
**What have you ever had plugged into a USB port after or during your Windows 7 install?
Please note: Remove all unneeded things from all USB ports, (phones, printers, dongles, wifi, external drive from backups ect. Then reboot a couple of times and check Device Manager again.
