Well you could use the win+ r and type "msconfig" to stop this driver -on start-up windows you probably find a voice -update bluetooth or whatever the device is named.Deselect this voice,and restart your computer.Or, if you have access on this device -on the admin panel ,on setup you must find somekind like - never search for update that must be on the left down of this pannel .
