How do I check if driver signing is enabled?

I know how to disable device driver signing in Windows 7 - but is there any way to check if it is on/off?

if you havent used a patch to remove the watermark on the bottom right corner of your desktop, and you dont see it (it should say test mode and your build number, blahbity blah blah) then you arent in test signing mode. but to make sure type bcdedit.exe and look under loader options and see if ddisable integrity checks is there, if it is then driver signing test mode is disabled. also should be able to check this way Disable Driver Signing in Windows 7
