Missing/Broken/Wrong Standard CD-ROM Drivers installed [FIX]

Hey, I've had some problems recognizing or formatting blank disks. My computer didn't even recognized my JetFlash USB (not the USB but it has something like a CD-ROM drive which has a file that you need to execute to enter your fingerprint to open a "secret/private drive". On "My Computer" its CD-ROM drive weren't recognized. So I opened Device Manager (In administrator mode of course) and tried to reinstall the driver for the USB's CD-ROM drive. It faild. I did the same on my other Win 7 lap which the USB is working fine. It worked with no problems. So I got the files for the CD-ROM drivers from the lap that the CD-ROM is working fine on a USB and tried to replace them with my broken ones from the lap that the CD-ROM drive is not working. I got the error "Cannot replace, "TrustedInstaller" permissions needed." . I ran Windows Explorer as an admin of course and I got the same error again. So I did a little research and I made an EXE file with Winrar that install the drivers. It worked perfectly! So did the blank disk format and recognizing problem I've had before. So, I wanted to share the EXE file and the CD-ROM files itself with everyone.

Here is the link for the EXE installer file: [Mediafire with adfly] [Mediafire]

Here is the link for the driver files themselves: [Mediafire with adfly] [Mediafire]

Thanks, I hope I helped.
