kensiko can you please upload this driver to other place coz i cant download it from rapidshare,now i use 6.14.10.3722 driver that seem work fine but sometime have some lag or freezing when play mkv movie using vlc,so i want to try that driver :)

I stumbled upon this thread because I was having issue with the drivers I was trying to use. I tried every link in this thread, but to no avail. The very last fix I tried was searching for the file 855gm_vista_driver.zip on Google.

This worked for me. Upon installation, it stated it was XDDM.

Since installing and restarting, I have not been plagued with constant driver installs every restart.

My sleep mode is available in the start menu whereas I was only lucky enough to have hibernate before.

As of today, the following link works: 855gm_vista_driver.zip and is the same I used in the laptop.

I made an account just to post this. I want to thank all of you in all your effort for getting this to work in Windows 7.
