Driver for unknown device not installed

I was just browsing around in "Devices and Printers" and I noticed that their was an "!" on my computer and I right clicked and clicked troubleshoot and then I got this screen. When I proceed its that Toshiba Utility. I've tried installing it and it doesn't fix it. Their are no drivers missing in the device manager. Its not a big deal but im ocd and it irritates me, lol. How do I fix this?

    Thanks

Have you tried this? Device Manager - Finding Unknown Devices

If you can identify the device maybe you find the correct driver for it from the OEM.

This is what my device manager says. Seems nothing is amiss. What from here.

Have you tried going to the Toshiba download site directly and downloading that driver?

Drivers & Software Support | Toshiba

I would uninstall the old one first myself.
