i just installed windows 7 64-bit on my friend's acer aspire 5735. After looking around for

Network - setup_v11.22.4.3 - from marvell.com -
Marvell: Download Drivers

Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Windows* 7 64 (exe)
Wireless - ICS_Ds64 - intel.com -
Intel® PRO/Wireless and WiFi Link Drivers-Only for Windows 7*
the order i installed in was:
chipset
chipset(intel matrix..)
video
wireless
audio
network
modem
touchpad
camera
card reader
acer launch manager
acer epower management
all other acer tools (Empowering Technology Framework, eRecovery Management Application, and eSetting Management Application) were not available in windows 7 64 bit versions anywhere I could find, and I haven't found anything not working yet so.. enjoy!!
If you look for your hardware
drivers on other similar acer download pages that have some windows 7
drivers, you may be able to get everything working. You can probably use some from the above list also. Especially the 2 acer tools.
