    Right I'm just going to close this thread, I am not getting anywhere, this seems harder than I thought it would be and as I explained I am aware of the risks.

    I have read your Posts .. I do not have any idea how you got the Version you are using .. But there are no BIOS updates they are all old ..

    I am sorry for the post, I am posting on multiple sites and the only answers I am getting are "you should not mess around with the bios", I have edited the post and I apologise I just feel that I have spent too much time on trying to figure this out and am getting no where.
