I saw this driver posted over at Station Drivers for Oct 22nd.
I read a little about it at Intel's website that its for Core i7 (which I have), but when I try to install it I get an error box that my hardware is not supported.
Just curious if anyone knows anything about this driver and/or why I may not be able to install it.

Its a Gadget, rather then a driver.
There are 2 issues, I had the same questions and after a LOT of searching I finally found the answer!
There is a "Gadget" that shows you the actual turbo boost and there is another program that is a "DRIVER" for the built in Intel Graphics card. If you have an add on card, like I do, the "Driver" program will give you the error that you are reporting (same thing kept happening to me). You only need to install the "Driver" if you do NOT have an add on card but EVERYONE needs to install the "MONITOR" program.

for the gadget to work, you need to make sure turbo boost is not disabled, check in your BIOS
I didn't Understand. These 2 are displayed in my Programs and Features. Do I need these 2 (monitor and driver) to achive Performance improvement? Can I delete 1 of them?Do I need to set the Gegdet on to have Performance improvement?

you do not need the monitor, (if your talking about the gadget) Most computers come with turbo boost enabled now days, and if your computer is custom built like one of mine is, i had to change some settings in the BIOS, make sure you have the newest chipset installed.
My computer came with monitor v1.03 that means Gadget.
Recently, I downloaded monitor v2.0 and after install, The Gadget deleted, and it replaced by a regular software.
I understand from what you wrote, that I can Uninstall the monitors and need to leave the Driver installation?
Where I can see the proccess enable?
Boot your computer into BIOS , from there take a look you should see somewhere it say, intel turbo boost, and than an enable and disable option. Did you build this computer or buy it at a store? if you built it... you need to make sure the drivers with your motherboard are installed, other than that, i dont believe Turboboost has a driver, that would make no sense, its not hardware, drivers are for the computer to communicate with hardware in simple terms, turbo boost is a built in function of the motherboard, and CPU
There is no "intel turbo boost" in my Bios .I've something else (Under Advanced): Intel (R) SpeedStep - Enabled
But, look in the source where I got these 2 (Under Chipest):
