Problem with my PCI simple communications controller driver

Hello..

I have a dell inspiron N5110 laptop .
Now i'm using windows seven 64 bit , and I have a problem with PCI simple communications controller driver as shown in the attachment
Is there any way to solve this problem ?

In fact after downloading it, and getting its setup done , I couldn't find the ( other devices ) category which is the one with the problem

this is not so serious, isn't it ? ^^

Most welcome .. The Intel Management Engine is not a Device its a Driver .. Some people don't bother to Install it but it gets rid of the Unknown Device from the Device manager ..
