Uninstalled JMicron Ethernet and USB Adapter Driver

It is in my personality that I always take a risk to accomplish something and to experiment. And now, I am faced with several questions regarding the things I done. This is my situation: I uninstalled JMicron products - ethernet adapter and the one that is on usb controller something. I uninstalled it because by that time I thought that these products are interfering and/or being in conflict with my realtek wireless LAN combo and other related drivers.

My question is, will it affect my system? In what way? Does some programs required these to function?

I cannot find appropriate driver in the manufacturer website especially on ethernet adapter. My unit brand is Neo (Basic BC2EL). Is there any other products(like realtek or intel) that provides with the same driver?

Thank you. But this one is for Wireless, the one I uninstalled is ethernet. I thought this ethernet is for wired connection. (Sorry, correct me if I'm wrong).
