The driver for Ethernet Controller is not installed

I have had a troubleshooting notification on my device for a while and when I try to resolve the issue, installation fails and I have no idea what to do. I have no problems with my internet, even though something is apparently wrong with my ethernet controller.

I have attached screenshots of my troubleshooting process and the results. Any help is much appreciated.

    Here you go:

    http://www.acer.com.au/ac/en/AU/content/drivers

For some reason acers website will not cooperate to link directly to it, so follow the screenshot:
Choose lan driver. Download and install. Then restart the PC.

Seems reasonable your link was the driver that worked.

Yes, sorry Andrew, your instructions helped me. I would never have known that was the ethernet controller on my own.
