But it works without having the entire machine running (Like how they show people running IE6 through XP Mode, but it looks like it's natively in Windows 7)

Yes sorry, i later found if you use the link to the program it will just open in Win7 "nativly", however, this means i dont have acess to the VM window allowing me to "plug in" the wifi connector to the VM. so running links is useless for me.
if someone finds a way to get the connector working without haveing the whole VM window open i would be happy to hear about it ^_^

    Hey,
I didnt find any drivers for Windows 7 64 bits, so i uploaded the ones i made.
I'm currently using them on Windows 7 Pro x64 (final version), on a WPA-PSK wifi, it works fine :)

    Hmm, looks great!

How do you get the installer to not error on "Internet connection sharing", though?

Sorry, these drivers arent meant to be used to make an AP.

What would you use the Wi-Fi connector for then?

When I used those drivers, the software skipped over the "installing drivers" part but then errored on the Internet connection sharing. I set every EXE in the Nintendo WFC folder to Vista compatibility, otherwise it says the OS is incompatible.

I use the Wifi Connector to connect on my wifi network my comp. There is probably something else to change in the drivers to make them able to support the AP thing, and probably change also something in ASUS software. I dont reallly know.

yes i can have a link to it, but no its not native. the link "unhibernates" the XP VM and then runs the required progs.
i had a bit of a problem with the internet at first, just had to change the internet setting in the VM to shared connection and set static ip and such.
Could you explain what exactly you had to do? I´m kinda stuck in getting the stick running with the XP VM, and get realy annoyed about switching from Win7 to my old XP just to get my NDS online

Connector is installed and NDS finds it, but the link to the internet is just not working

ok, under the VMs settings, there should be something about network adapters. I did a little poking around google, and found it had to be set to "shared network" or something, but when i tried it, it was already on "shared network" and wasn't working. so i messed with the setting a bit, changed it to just plain USE the adapter, and it worked, no network hiccups at all.

Okay, changed now the networkdevice from nat to my physikal lan-card, let it get it´s IP automatic and set the IP of the WiFi-Stick maunaly, have set the gateway for the stick at the same IP as the lancard has and everything is working fine now. :)
