    Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller Network...


    This is showing up in my other devices area in my device manager. I know my Ethernet plug for my computer does not work and am asking how do i get this to work? I tried the disc drivers but nothing and ive tried the dell support and nothing im struggling so hard right now please help??

    Hi

    Please specify the exact model number of your laptop with next reply ( ie, inspirion n4010 ). Also with next reply, please include a "System Information Report". To do that, open RUN dialogue and enter "Msinfo32.exe" in it. When system information tool opens, choose "File --> Save" and give a file name of your choice. Then zip the resulting file and attach with next reply.

    Hi Welcome to Seven Forums ... You need the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver .. Intel AMT HECI Driver and ....
    Realtek Ethernet Controller Driver ... They can be found in the Link below ...

    XPS 8500 Intel Core i7-3770 CPU 3.40GHz zipped it and is in a winrar. I will try the downloads when i get home i didnt know i had to download the other 2 besides realtek

    The other Device is likely to be the USB3 or the HECI Driver .. Please keep us Posted on your progress ..
