    You need the AMD USB 3.0 drivers. (The 3.0 drivers come with windows 8 but not in Win 7. That's why you need to find the driver for Win 7). I saw the USB 3.0 drivers on the link maxie provided you

    I went to the AMD website HERE. I extracted the AMD USB 3.0 driver for you from their install package. (You're running Win 7 x64 bit, right?) If so, then

    > Download HERE. Unzip to a folder on your Desktop. Then run the .msi installation file

    p.s. I also checked. The USB 3.0 driver file i extracted is also a match for your hardware IDs

    I run the msi installation file and it tells i me i need to run it with amd catalyst installer, so i do. But when catalyst starts, it has an unknown error every time and doesn't install it.

    Then let's do it this way... Open Device Manager. Right click Update Driver. Select Browse My Computer and point Windows to the folder containing the .INF file (same folder which contains the .msi file)
