Unsure if I need all of these drivers.

First, I'm brand new to the forums and I'm sorry if I put this in the wrong place.

So I recently bought a 2009 Alienware x51 (dont judge, it was a great deal) from a friend of mine. I was wondering if you guys could help me with my installed programs/drivers, as I am unsure which are necessary, and which are not.
    My Config:
    Product Support | Dell US

    List of programs/drivers

Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver 3.0.8.0
    Realtek High Definition Audio Driver
    Realtek Ethernet Controller Driver
Python 64 bit and 32 bit
    Dell Wireless Driver Installation
    Intel Management Engine Components
    Intel HD Graphics Driver

If someone could just point out what is not needed, that would be absolutely fantastic. Thanks!

As long as nothing is giving you any trouble then leave as is for the time being. You may not need the wireless driver if you're using a wired net connection, and I'm wondering why the Intel HD graphics driver is there if you have a dedicated GPU, but the old adage runs true here; 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it'.

If you start having trouble with the drivers or conflicting drivers then it's time to look at them, but if all's good then just leave them be.
