USB drivers failing when not in safe mode

I just was forcibly upgraded to a z97 sabertooth from my maximus VI hero(it died and that was the motherboard the store replaced it with). Correspondingly I am having some driver problems. When I boot the keyboard and mouse work fine in BIOS and OS selection/Safe Mode selection, but are completely nonfunctional once it boots up. If I boot into Safe mode the keyboard and mouse work. Looking in Device Manager the only three drivers it isn't happy with are the intel ethernet, PCI Simple Communications Controller, and amda00(not sure what this is). The accompanying disc with the motherboard won't run in safe mode, though I can pull some of the drivers off of it and install them that way. This worked for all except those three(I can't even find the PCI one). Any ideas of good ways to continue troubleshooting and hopefully resolve this problem?

EDIT:Looking further and I found that the PCI device is Intel MEI. I'm seeing if I can get those drivers installed now. Hopefully that'll help.

EDIT2: I actually got this fixed. Just downloaded and installed all the drivers on the Asus website
