| | same problem hey dude and dudettes, was having the same problem as afew on this thread, just wanted to share the way i got it solved. download the hp driver, for the ALPS pointing device. not anything synaptics. install that dittie and you should have scroll functionality, booya! ALPS Touchpad Pointing Device Driver HP Pavilion dv2804ca Entertainment Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English) by the way the vista driver worked for me, since hps windows seven driver page is one lame recovery program. word! |

| | Same Problem hey everyone, was googling the same problem and couldnt find a working fix, tried an assload of drivers that didnt work, so i downloaded the windows vista driver for ___ ALPS POINTING DEVICE ___ and that little number gave me back scrolling functionality, joined this forum just to share that. hope it helps ALPS Touchpad Pointing Device Driver HP Pavilion dv2804ca Entertainment Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English) |
