You will have to change the Recording device to the microphone in the headset. Go to the Control Panel/Hardware and Sound and finally the Sound Panel/Recording section.

There is only Venus USB 2.0,Line in,Stereo Mix,Front Mic(unavailable) Non of them work,But there is also another microphone that says not plugged in.
If you set the Stereo Mix as the default recording device, then any microphone that is plugged in should be heard. Also, if you want to record streaming audio from the internet you must have the Stereo Mix set as default.
You can disable the Venus since you don't want to use that.
For the Alcatel earphones/mic, depending on the connector it may or may not work. I have an iPhone5 and the connector for my earbuds/mic is not compatible with the PC inputs and will not work without an adapter.
The Stereo Mix says VIA high definition audio.i enabled it and disabled venus. It didn't work on my phone earphone,s tested in skype( i changed mic to Audio mix in skype settings)But i didn't hear myself..Then i plugged in the alfa headphones that i know work well, but no sound at all.I don't really know what's wrong.Even asked for friends headphones that are great but no sound.
Please post some screenshots.

Also, exactly what are the two headphones (or earbud) units you are using?
I still see the Venus is set as default in both screen shots. Disable the Venus and enable the one that you want to use.
