This becoming irritating, no CD drive and no Wifi now

Can some one please help if you have a solution..

    Oh my ganesh

i say that because this afternoon i was on the phone with Dell's on hold music from 12pm to 5 pm .. i kid you not....i felt like a slutty ping pong ball.. i bought this Dell Inspiron 15-3521 simply put, the dilema is similar to this thread, i install wi-fi drivers, it asks me to turn on (activate) the bluetooth.. i see no bluetooth button on the keboard so i went to find it in CMOS.. not there so i set the laptop to optiml default and left CMOS, yes i have the realtek card reader drivers installed, yes i uninstalled all the bluetooth devices from network n device manager, yes i rebooted, YES i offered the laptop 152 sacrificial goats to appease the DELL gods

i am using windows 7 Ultimte 64 bit

    please help

I didn't see you mention the chipset, did you install that driver?

I believe Fn+F2 is the wireless key you may be looking for.
