Have you tried installing the audio driver on your vendor's support site for your model?

DRIVERS | emaxxtech

There are 2 Realtek Win7 drivers listed - but they're both the same. Try either one.

Thank you for reading my post Sir. I already tried installing those drivers today but still got no luck. The result is still the same. I still got no audio output device installed.

Before the installations to be completed it instructed me to restart my PC. After I restarted my PC there is this new audio device installing, but it will not installed completely. It says "device not successfully installed".

Odd... That's a 32-bit driver on their website. You have 64-bit Windows installed.

Try the driver on the Realtek Website. Click on High Definition Codecs. Download the 64bit version and try it.
