BSOD turns to GPU crashes

Hi all. I just bought a new PC from IBuyPower. I'll attach the specs below. So i unbox it and boot it up. I make it about 5 mins before getting pummeled by BSOD's. After formatting the hard drive, reinstalling all drivers (motherboard, chipset, USB, Audio, LAN, GPU, etc) I am not getting any more BSOD's but instead my PC will randomly crash with screen distortion and sound loop. Below is a picture of a typical crash on the windows home screen even when I have no programs running. These crashes happen every 5-10 minutes. If I run safemode they don't seem to occur which leads me to believe that it is a driver problem. If anyone can point me in the right direction of how to fix this I would be immensely grateful.

**Forgot to mention that I monitored GPU and CPU temp and both are ~25-30C so it's not an overheating or cooling issue.

Can it be assumed it's still in warranty? Have you checked with IBuyPower?
