    driver error

    Hi maxie
I also downgraded my Aspire E3-111-C5Y7 to Win7 Prof x64. Works fine except I could not find a driver for the USB3.0 port.
Took your advice in the earlier posts and downloaded drivers for the TravelMate P256-MG. However when I attempted to load the USB3.0 driver I received the following message:

"This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software"

    Any suggestions? Thanks.

Everything I have used has come form the Intel website. Perhaps I have jumbled 8.1 and Win7 drivers. Can I start again? If so, could I have some brief instructions what to do and in which order. When I run the Intel the auto check prog it tells me that I have ver 9.4.4.1006

    Appreciate your help.

Success!! Thank you so much.... Have tested it by copying a 58Gb file at speeds up to 83mb/s
Driver loaded without any issues, restarted and tested.
    Cheers
