Windows 7 - BSOD from TAP VPN driver

whisssper windows 7 1 posts	BSOD from TAP VPN driver well as the title says i get a bluescreen all the time which states that my TAP VPN driver is the problem.. honestly i dont really know what that driver is or how to fix it.. any help is appreciated
