My laptop has stopped working suddenly stopped working .the after login the screen becomes black only cursour is visible alt+Ctrl+del ...taskmanager opens. but still after long long time the desktop appears with black background and everything slow. safemode also is slow very slow so please help...

It does however sound very much like the machine has malware on it so one thing you could do if you have access to another machine is to use this
http://support.kaspersky.com/4162 < this will run from power up and scan for malware without the need for Windows to be running - that is because it is a bootable program in it's own right. You can make a disk or USB stick to boot from - you will of course need to set the BIOS boot sequence to that particular device disk or stick.
