Hi and welcome to seven forums

Your card seems to use an ATI based chipset according to this article Gigabyte GV-R465D2-1GI Radeon HD 4650 AGP Review and you can get a driver from ati. Just need to know if you are 32bit or 64.

Hope this helps

Hi Av4t4r and welcome to Windows 7 Forums

Here is the main link for the AMD/ATI graphics downloads. Select 32-bit or 64-bit as appropriate, click Radeon and then Radeon HD 4600 Series. Finally, click GO! The download links are on that page.

Should I download the old drivers or keep the Windows drivers?

windows drivers vs vendor drivers
