wireless NW driver not working after installing Win7 on dell insp 1545

    it was replaced by technician. do we have any tools to check whether hardware response is ok or not?

    I have thought of every way to get your Wireless Card recognized to no avail ... One last thing doubt it will work but worth a try ..

    Shut down your Laptop remove the charger and Battery ...

    Press and hold down power button for 15/20 seconds ..

    tried this too but still no luck.
    problem is that relevant hardware is not even showing in device manager. I guess that would be because of drivers not being installed correctly.

    It would show as an Other Device in the Device Manager ... If Windows did not recognize what is was ...

    You do have a few Options ... You could try reseating the Card ..

    Or get a new Card .. The easy Option get a Wireless USB Adapter ..
