    Event ID 1003 ISCT Agent

"The description for Event ID 1003 from source ISCT Agent cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

CAgentState:oPeriodicSuspendResume ****Error in initialize NetDetect, status = 0x2

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table
    "

I get this almost everyday and it usually follows my computer freezing which I have to hard restart to fix.
I've tried installing new drivers for it but that didn't work. I assume I had the wrong version OR I installed incorrectly. I'd appreciate if some one could help me with this and walk me step by step to insure I do this the right way <3
