Bluetooth Headset Driver problem, Code 28

Hello, I recently received a bluetooth headset for my computer but I can't seem to use it. I've added the bluetooth headset to my computer and it shows up on my bluetooth devices list but it doesn't work. Troubleshooting the problem leads to Windows saying that it requires a driver however when I update the driver through device manager, it says that if doesn't need a driver.

I've connected this driver to my smart phone and it works fine but I can't connect it to my computer.

The headset is a Shinco AM7 bluetooth headset. I can't go to their website because its in Chinese and I can't read Chinese.

3x Bluetooth Peripheral Devices show up with unknown drivers in my device manager.

Would be very helpful if you completed your System Specs. Did the headset come with with a dongle as many desktops don't have the Bluetooth hardware only the software which can then recognize the hardware when inserted and often will need the correct drivers to function properly

Sorry, I'll complete my system specs now. The headset didn't come with anything else except the USB cable to charge the device.

You can buy a Bluetooth dongle very cheaply and see here for what I mean Bluetooth Dongle but I don't think your headset is meant to be connected to a desktop but only used with a mobile phone. My Bluetooth headset for my mobile shows up on my desktop but can't be used as it's only meant to work with a mobile phone
