VIA USB3 roothub driver problem "device cannot start"

    I'm afraid the problem will resurface once I format the pc again someday. Thinking this might be a motherboard USB3 driver/BIOS bug?

    PS. It was USB3 driver bug. Apparently VIA doesn't make the best drivers out there.
